Nature and Heritage Tourism Assessments – Conservation Community Consulting

From 2015-2017, CCC was enlisted to work with stakeholders to create nature and heritage tourism assessments for the towns of Laurel, DE and Snow Hill, MD. Our proven methodology

involves an initial assessment and visiting of assets. This is followed up with a full-day bus trip to sites and SWOT analysis of those features and related possibilities with the top 20 stakeholders in tourism, parks, business, and history. Our subsequent 20-30 page report relates the town’s regional touristic context, an assessment of current assets, and recommendations on marketing and upgrading those assets to make your town or county a nature and heritage tourist destination.
